The Sauna is for members only and seasonal. It operates over the winter months from October to April.

Mon-Fri 6:30-13:00
Tue-Fri 16:30-21:00
Sat 8:00-14:00
Sun 8:00-18:00

Bank holidays are treated as normal days of the week

Non-Members

For non-members, we run Open Days on the first Sunday of the every month, from Oct to April, between 10:00-14:00. No membership or payment is required for Open Days.

Sunday 4 February 2024
Sunday 3 March 2024
Sunday 7 April 2024

A member of the team will be on hand to give you steer on how to use the sauna, can answer any questions and talk to you about membership, should you decide to sign up.
