Summer is on it's way and that means the end of our first Sauna Season is getting close, so it seemed timely to share some key dates with you:
Important sauna dates for your diary
- 7th May 2023 - May Open day, open from 10am-2pm 🧖♀️
- 21st May 2023 - Last day of 22/23 season 😢
- 30th Sep 2023 - Official opening day with Communal swim at 16:00 🎉
- 1st Oct 2023 - Sauna operates as normal and first open day of the season from 10am-2pm 🧖♀️
Until then our sauna is open daily, with the extra availability in our new evening sessions on Thursdays & Fridays.

As a member of the sauna you are also enrolled as a member of the Folkestone Rowing Club (FRC) and they have a full calendar of events, so please come along and enjoy.
- 11th Jun 23 - Folkestone Regatta, with rowing teams from around the south coast competing from 10am on the seafront
- 16th Sep 23 - 66th South Coast Championships come to Sandgate, with over 1000 rowers competing
